Join us for Summer Suppers at the Cambridge Cookery School! This event is a perfect chance to dive into delicious dishes and celebrate the new season. The vegetables have been planted in Betty's Cambridge garden and her sharing style set menu will introduce you to her creative Italian-inspired cooking.

You will start with a wonderful selection of snacks...

• Olives all'ascolana (stuffed and deep fried with spicy 'Nduja calabrian sausage)
• Courgette flowers stuffed with sheep's ricotta & mint and drizzled with Cambridgeshire honey
• Fresh focaccia with aubergine caponata and toasted pine nuts
• Sea bream crudo thinly sliced with marjoram & orange

... followed by sharing style mains:

• Slow cooked lamb with heritage tomatoes, chickpeas & zesty salsa verde
• Pink fir potatoes, cripsy onions, whipped feta & herbs
• Hispi cabbage, anchovy & lemon slaw

and to finish:

• Southern Italian style flourless torta caprese with pistachio mascarpone & strawberries grown in Chesterton

Wines paired to each course are available to purchase separately on the night through the wonderful Tine at Cambridge Cookery and Wine School. Arrive hungy- it's going to be a delicious evening!
