From the team that brought you Nourish & Nurture: we're pleased to invite you to Ferment & Feast: a sensational fermentation workshop and zero-waste lunch with a Michelin-trained chef in the heart of Cambridge.

• Fermentation workshop with Kenji Morimoto and Catalina Brumann - including all ingredients, equipment, guidance and the opportunity to take your ferments home
• A vegetarian feast by Michelin-trained Rowen - dining in the wonderful space of Storey's Fields Centre in Eddington, Cambridge

This is a unique event with fermenting expert and cook Kenji Morimoto, Michelin trained and zero waste chef Rowen Halstead and Fermentable owner, Catalina Brumann who will join together for a fantastic fermentation workshop and an incredible lunch using lots of creativity to deliver the best flavours. Everyone will walk home with a jar of fermented vegetables. The menu is entirely vegetarian. Please let us know if you have any further dietary requirements.

• Description – The total duration of the event is four hours. Starting with a workshop of two hours, followed by a three-course vegetarian and sustainable lunch.
• Participant guidelines – Full disabled access and toilet facilities available. Parking in Madingley Road Park and Ride is free. Please inform us of any allergies at the point of booking

• Sustainability – This event is sustainable, please bring small jars with lids to the workshop. You can buy or exchange jars at the venue.
