Join me for this 75 minute Sound Bath in the heart of summer. Slow down and cool down with soothing sounds to calm and cleanse the heart mind and body.
There will be singing from me, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chakra toning and moments of silence.
A perfect nervous system reset during these busy summer months.
