About this Event

Have you been searching for somewhere to take off your masks, to be seen and held exactly as you are, a space where you can bring everything and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others?

A confidential space where you can connect with others journeying similar or maybe different paths as you, meaning the opportunity to see things from other perspectives?

I am offering group therapy for women; a place where you can, I hope, feel less alone, where you can journey this path together, supported and facilitated by a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and somatic practitioner.

And with this being a group container, it means I can offer it for only a small investment, with the same benefits if not more as 1-1 psychotherapy with myself.

I am so grateful to be able to offer this, I see the space as so necessary.
