Summer Soul Stretch & Sound Bath

Andrea from AG Fitness and Rebecca from Crcle Wellbeing would love to invite you to their Soul Stretch and Sound Bath.

Soul stretch is a deeply relaxing class that combines the fluidity of Pilates with the mindfulness of breath and body awareness. This class is designed to help you connect deeply with your body, aligning mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement. With a focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance, each exercise is performed slowly and mindfully, allowing your to tune into your inner rhythms and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.

Following your Pilates practice, we will move into a sound bath. Where vibrational instruments are played to help you come into a parasympathetic state where you can rest and relax. The sounds created help you to enter a deep stillness, leaving you feeling rested and restored in your body, mind and soul.

Our session will be outdoors and we will be incorporating and tuning into nature as we slow down. As the summer sun starts to lower, we'll follow it's lead and allow ourselves to sink deeper and let go.

What to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Wear clothes that you can move easily in. Your body temperature will drop during the sound bath so we suggest bringing an extra layer.

What if I book and then can't come?

If you can no longer come, please contact us 48 hours prior to the event and we can issue you a refund. Unfortunately within 48 hours we cannot offer a refund but you can transfer your ticket to another person who can come in your place.
