Every other Friday I run a magical evening of Healing Breathwork and Sound Bath at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall.
I will guide you through some healing and transformational Breathwork Pranayama’s to open up all the energy systems in the body to go within and find the stillness that is deep in us all.
Following the breathwork session I will use my sacred instruments to take you on a wonderful sound meditation journey.
I will also be using the highest quality essential oils to enhance your experience, and ending with some warming Herbal Tea and an oracle card pull to guide you through your next few weeks.
