Practice the ORIGINAL 34 mat work Pilates classes are provided, together with proper, thick Pilates mats and equipment. You need only bring yourself!
Unlock tight hips, shoulders, knees and back. Feel taller, stronger, more flexible and relaxed, even after your first session!
Class is suitable for all experience levels, whether you have years of experience or are brand new to Pilates. Classes are inclusive, fun, achievable and welcoming, focusing on what you can do, rather than what you can't.
Within just a few sessions, you'll be amazed at how much stronger, more co-ordinated you are, with greater flexibility, improved balance, control and posture.
