Join us this July for a revitalising day retreat at the tranquil Riverside Cabins in Shrewsbury, set along the peaceful riverbank and surrounded by nature. This day is designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength, magic, and sacred power.
Throughout the retreat, we'll dive into the healing practices of yoga, meditation, sound healing, and the wisdom of yogic philosophy. You'll be guided through energising and restorative yoga flows to awaken the body and mind, reset your nervous system with calming guided meditations, and then be immersed in the healing vibrations of a sound bath.
We'll explore how the ancient teachings of yoga philosophy can help us tap into our inner wisdom, embrace our personal power, and create balance and alignment in our lives.
You'll also have the opportunity to play on the river - Make use of the paddleboards and canoes, and even take a cold dip! This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and nourish your spirit in a serene and supportive environment.
