Rhythms, Sound textures, Voice, Harmonies and a range of different instruments to take you on your own inner sound journey.
🔮Katy will guide you into deep relaxation using the crystal singing bowls soothing frequencies to help you access total bliss and harmony.
🫖We will Ground back into the space with Tea and Biscuits with the opportunity to share your experience and connect with others.
