Join Jenna and Heather for a chakra-themed yoga and meditation class using crystals to help bring about physical, mental and emotional balance.We'll begin the afternoon learning about different crystals (semi-precious stones) which may be of benefit to our yoga/mediation practice before moving through a short guided meditation and gentle yoga practice.
