Experience an evening of blissful beach yoga & a relaxing sound healing on Thursday, June 19th to honor the Summer Solstice at St. Pete Beach. START TIME 7:30PMThe summer solstice marks midsummer: the 'longest day' and 'shortest night' of the year - a day with the most daylight!
We honor THE LIGHT WITHIN as we turn inward to find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve.
The summer solstice is officially on June 20th and we will honor it on June 19th to prepare our minds & bodies for the upcoming day, setting intentions & taking a powerful pause.

During this ceremony, we combine yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.
This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!

*Start gathering at 7:15pm to ground & settle in

including 40 min. yoga with Jenny, 30 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.

In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming class or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )
For emergencies or illness, we will give you class credit to a future event if you have to cancel, to be honored within 30-60 days after the event.
*****Bring a big beach blanket (better for beach yoga than a yoga mat) and water!

PARKING:
Park Mobile pay to park spots
DIRECTIONS:
Class is by the rock jetty
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos (further right than even the snack bar for easiest access)
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the second rock jetty
It will take about 5+ minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
