Class begins at 7pm
Pre-Signup is required for class.
This class is for all-levels, even beginners, and combines divine feminine yoga-dance movements like hip circles & primal flow, with a vinyasa yoga class featuring fiery, dynamic postures.
I make it easy to follow & fun, so if you are a new yogi come on out and connect with yourself & community.

Class is held at Upham Beach
6850 Beach Plaza, St Pete Beach, FL
Pay to park in the parking lot via Park Mobile.
