Tampa Bay Women's Beach Workout & Wellness Event

It's getting warm out, and that means it's time for beach days! Calling my Tampa/ St. Pete women interested in fitness and wellness to join us for an amazing Peachy Beach Workout Session by Strong, Fine, and Thriving. This workout will be different than the outdoor fitness class experiences you've had, this is the perfect blend of strength training, cardio, and beach fun.
