Join Zen Momma Melissa Scanlon and sound bath practitioner Nicole Ouwenga-Scott for a magical evening of joyful movement, meditation, and sound in celebration of the Summer Solstice.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year - a natural pause point in the rhythm of life. It invites us to reflect on what has come into bloom, what is asking for our attention, and what we are ready to release as we move into the second half of the year.
This is a season of growth, possibility, and transition.
Together, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and listen for what wants to emerge next.

Please come prepared to move, meditate, reflect, and relax.

We will be set up on the beach just to the left of Tower 26 and wooden walking path.
Look for:
• A tall blonde and a petite brunette
• Tibetan bowls and sound instruments
• A small, welcoming beach setup

This is a donation-based event.
