Start your morning with a peaceful Sunrise Sound Bath on the beach surrounded by ocean waves, healing sound and the energy of the rising sun.

Co led by Lauren, offering reiki energy healing, alongside Art on crystal singing bowls, this experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, grounding, and energetic renewal. Through soothing sound frequencies and reiki infused healing energy, you’ll be invited into a space of stillness, restoration, and connection with nature.

This beach gathering is open to all experience levels. Come as you are and allow yourself time to slow down, reset and receive.
