Monthly Sound Bath at UUSM (Reset & Relax)

Bring your own yoga mats, pillows, blankets,water bottle, etc, to lie down, or you can sit in the pews. Whatever is most comfortable for you is allowed! This monthly event for UUSM will be held in the sanctuary on Saturday, Sept 20th from 4-5 pm (moving forward on the third Saturday of every month). You’re welcome to come a few minutes early to get situated in your comfy place. Water and tea are available afterwards in the kitchen, if needed.

PLEASE READ: We are going to open this up to the public. If you want to invite others, there will always be an attached EventBrite link below for everyone to RSVP with. Donations per session are not required but highly suggested, since professional sound baths outside of UUSM can run $30 per session or more, depending on the event. You can pay on EventBrite ahead of time or with cash or Venmo the day of. Money raised from these monthly sound bath sessions will go to help fund our Youth RE program.
