Summer Solstice Sunrise Yoga

Welcome the longest day of the year and the summer season with a grounding and energizing outdoor community yoga practice! This experience is open to all levels and blends purposeful, slow flowing with moments of breath and stillness—inviting you to align with the expansive, abundant, and vibrant energy of summer in an intentional and sustainable way.

Come create space for reflection as you reconnect with yourself, practice in community, set meaningful intentions, and step into summer feeling centered, inspired, and renewed. Together, we’ll balance rest and activation—softening where needed, while igniting motivation and clarity for the season ahead. What a perfect way to start the day and a bright new season!

Donation-based, pay what you can. Suggested: $5-15/person. Save fees by paying at the event, and don't let cost stop you from joining!

Bring a yoga mat, blanket/towel, water, and anything else to be comfortable outside. RAIN OR SHINE! We have access to cover if needed. Hope to see you there!
