Summer Solstice Mala Yoga Practice
Sunday June 21st
1-3pm
A Mala Yoga is a guided practice of 108 Sun Salutations, often performed to honor times of transition and change.
The Mala practice is a personal one, it provides us with an opportunity to be reflective and set our intentions for a new season of life.
The studio will be open to everyone at this time, come as you are and do as much or as little of the physical practice as you desire.
Bring a journal, meditate, pray, rest, or simply hold space for those who are attempting the entire practice. We celebrate community and togetherness during these sacred practices, lifting up one another and sending that same positive energy out into the world.
This practice is offered free to our community and all are welcome.
Note: While doing 108 sun salutations can be incredibly challenging, physically and mentally, this practice is really about turning inward and connecting to the Divine Self. Participants are encouraged to let go of their expectations (or doubts) and simply lean into the experience to discover inspiration and ease.
Feel free to bring your mala beads, crystals, journals,
essential oils, or anything else that has meaning to you.
