The Bad Bitch R&R Retreat is a space for womxn who are ready to stop shrinking, stop overgiving, and start choosing themselves without apology. We will work on rebuilding our self-confidence, and together we’ll unpack the patterns we were taught to carry. The pressure to people please. The habit of overcommitting. We will be removing the guilt that shows up the moment we try to rest or put ourselves first.

This retreat is about unlearning the rules that tell you your worth lives in how much you do for others. It’s about rewriting that story into one where your needs matter, your voice is heard, and your energy is protected. Through connection, reflection, and intentional experiences, you’ll learn what it looks like to say yes to yourself.
