Join Lone Palm Yoga & Wellness for a Floating Sound Bath at Marine Lab Undersea Park in Key Largo — a one-of-a-kind experience designed to help you fully release, reset, and reconnect.
Choose your experience:
Float in the water (*wet or dry) Bring a paddleboard, oversize floatie, or in water float of choice
— OR —
Stay dry and grounded on a mat along the docks
What to expect:
• Gentle arrival + float launch
• 45–60 minute immersive sound journey
• Summer energy + ocean air + deep nervous system reset
This is not a typical sound bath, this is KEYS LIFE at its finest
