A time for celebrating inner strength, and the triumph of light of darkness, offer a time for deep renewal and personal empowerment.
A great time as the sun peaks for setting new intentions, letting go of the past, and embracing change
Starting with a guided meditation then straight into a gong bath.
Bring anything that makes you time comfortable, mats, blankets, pillows etc (extra mats are available we are on a gym hall floor, chairs also available if required)
If you have any health conditions, please let me know before booking your slot so we can make sure this is right for you
If you havent been to this venue before, when coming down the hill to thew stadium, please note that the gym entrance is round the right hand side of the building, we are in studio 1, the reception will allow you through the entrance gates
