This event combines the calming effects of sound healing and guided meditation to help you unwind, recharge, and tap into the vibrant energy of summer.Held in a peaceful outdoor setting, the session will start with a grounding meditation to help you relax and clear your mind. As you settle in, the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to let go of tension and stress.
