Join Victoria & Courtney for an immersive 3-hour workshop designed to bring you back to the heart of your practice.This experience is an opportunity to slow down, refine, and reconnect; to truly understand the why behind what you’re doing on your mat. Together, we’ll explore the foundational pillars of yoga: alignment, breath, and purposeful movement.
Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, this workshop meets you exactly where you are. If you’ve ever felt stuck in your practice, questioned your form, or craved a deeper connection to your body and breath, this is for you.
At this workshop, you will:
~ Break down key postures to build strength, stability, and confidence.
~ Learn how to use your breath to support, guide, and deepen your practice.
~ Understand alignment in a way that feels intuitive and empowering.
~ Ask questions, receive guidance, and be seen in your practice.
You’ll leave with:
