Classes are led by Vikki, who has experience in teaching yoga to a range of audiences. Through her Level 6 diploma in yoga therapy, Vikki has extensive training in the autonomic nervous system, anatomy, physiology, neuroscience and various health conditions. She prioritises making her sessions safe, accessible and beneficial to all, no matter experience or ability, sharing the multiple health benefits of mind-body movement
These sessions are suitable for those who are able to get up and down from the floor
All abilities, including complete beginners, welcome.
Yoga on the lawn will include...
- A dynamic set of yoga poses, each one flowing into the next combined with the breath
- Each session includes elements of strength building, flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation
