In this powerful setting, you’ll be invited to connect with your own inner history — honouring all that has brought you to this moment, celebrating what is flourishing within you, and gently releasing anything that no longer feels aligned.
The day will weave together Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), personal reflection, and meditation, creating a supportive space to embrace the richness of the season, nurture your inner light, and open to what is still unfolding.
