Summer moves fast.
Between the activities, the screens, the unstructured hours — it can be hard to find a moment that feels intentional. A moment that’s just for the two of you.
That’s exactly what this week is.
Parent & Me Yoga Week is a 4-day summer experience where you and your child slow down, move together, and learn tools you’ll carry long after the mats are rolled up. Each day has a theme. Each session builds on the last. And by Thursday, you’ll leave with more than a good memory — you’ll have a shared language for calm, for strength, and for coming back to yourselves.
No yoga experience required. Just show up, exactly as you are.

Dates: Monday–Thursday, July 13–16, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM each day
Ages: Children 4–10 (parent or caregiver attends with child)
Location: Pilates + Yoga · Las Vegas
Class Size: Limited to 6–8 pairs — intentionally intimate
The Week at a Glance
Monday — Roots
We arrive, we settle, we ground. Learn foundational poses side by side and set an intention to carry through the week.
Tuesday — We Are Strong
Partner balance challenges, warrior poses, and the reminder that strength lives in both of you — right now.
Wednesday — We Feel It
Emotions live in the body. This day gives you and your child a shared language for big feelings — and tools to move through them.
Thursday — We Rest Together
The most nourishing hour of the week. Restorative flow, a guided relaxation, and a closing moment your child will talk about. Plus a take-home calm-down kit you’ll actually use.

*What You Take Home
-Every family receives a keepsake pose card booklet. Each day, a new pose card is added — so by Thursday, you leave with the complete set.
-Illustrated pose cards with poses and a breathing tip to use at home
-A calm-down kit designed by you and your child on the final day — their own 3-step plan for when big feelings hit
-A shared experience that becomes part of how you move through the world together
