Take a break from the demands of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply breathe.
Join Natasha Davis Wellness for an evening designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, meditation, and the healing vibrations of sound.
Whether you've been carrying the weight of work, caregiving, life's transitions, or simply need a peaceful pause, this experience offers a welcoming space to restore your mind, body, and spirit.
During this 90-minute experience, you'll enjoy:
✨ Gentle, all-levels yoga
✨ Guided meditation and breathwork
✨ A deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath
✨ Time to relax, reflect, and simply receive
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Beginners are warmly welcomed.
Please Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Blanket and/or pillow for extra comfort during the sound bath (optional)

Info: A slow, accessible yoga practice focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and connecting breath with movement. All experience levels are welcome.
