About this Event

Summer Cooling Series
Cool • Soften • Flow

In Ayurveda, summer is governed by Pitta dosha — the energy of fire and water.

When balanced, Pitta gives us passion, vitality, confidence, and purpose.

But when there is too much heat?

It can show up as overwhelm, frustration, self-criticism, irritability, pressure, perfectionism, and feeling like we always need to keep doing more.

One of the core teachings of Ayurveda is that we are not separate from nature.

As the seasons change, our habits and practices are meant to change too.

Summer is inviting us to soften.

To cool the body.

To calm the mind.

To create space for joy, presence, and ease.

This 3-week journey combines somatic yoga, breathwork, meditation, nervous system support, and seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom to help you move from pressure → presence.

🌊 Week 1 — Cool + Release
From overstimulation → regulation

We begin by cooling excess heat in the body and nervous system.

Through grounding movement, restorative practices, and cooling breathwork, we create space for the body to exhale.

→ cool excess heat in body + mind

🌙 Week 2 — Soften + Receive
From control → surrender

Excess fire often creates pressure, judgment, and the feeling that we always need to hold everything together.

This week invites softness.

→ release perfectionism + self-judgment
→ cultivate compassion and ease
→ reconnect with your heart

✨ You leave feeling softer, supported, and more connected to yourself

💧 Week 3 — Flow + Enjoy
From doing → being

Summer reminds us that life isn't meant to be managed all the time.

It is meant to be lived.

This final class focuses on joy, flow, and reconnecting with pleasure and presence.

→ shift from pressure into trust
→ reconnect with what feels good
