Join Us at the Mid-Wilshire Toastmasters YLP 2026 Summer Showcase!
The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is a community initiative sponsored by the Mid-Wilshire Toastmasters Club, in collaboration with Rotary Interact and the Anderson Munger Family YMCA.
Over the past eight weeks, students ages 13-18 have been meeting weekly to develop public speaking, impromptu thinking, and leadership skills.
On June 23, they take the stage.
Schedule
4:30 PM -- Doors Open
5:00 PM -- Showcase begins (prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, certificate presentation)
6:00 PM -- Light refreshments & mingling

Parking
YMCA Parking Structure ($1 for 3 hours with validation)
Entrance is on S Oxford Ave.
From the YMCA, cross the street to Wilshire Presbyterian Church, and enter through the church parking lot. Walk through the tree-lined courtyard, and look for our Toastmasters banner outside the chapel.
After the showcase, bring your ticket to the YMCA front desk for validation before exiting the parking structure.
