Where to meet: Salthill, on the Prom, meeting point at the orange shelter opposite Coco Café

What to bring: dress for the weather, bring water and a mat or towel

What to expect: a postnatal-friendly workout at your own pace - 45 minute session of gentle cardio and strength exercises.
