Period 101 & Womb Connection Seminar

On average, women have 450 periods in their lifetime. For many, these periods come with pain, nausea, mood swings, low energy, gut issues and bloating- these monthly cycles feel more like a curse than a blessing!

This does NOT have to remain this way. Our period is a VITAL sign of our fetility, health and lifestyle. There is so much information that we did not receive through our educaiton system that has left us disempowered and confused.

It is NOT normal for you to expereince issues, it is common. However, there are ways that you can work with your cycle to help eradicate symptoms and issues you have.

Over this seminar we will discuss:

-Using your period to navigate a healthier lifestyle

-Importance for women to understand their own bodies

We will then have a beautiful lunch & break giving you a chance to process the information and connect with one another.

After the break we will move onto:

-Womb connection

-Removing any blocks or beliefs around your period

-Somatic movement to help relax your pelvis to help relieve pain during period

Ending the day with a Q&A with me and some coaching around your own issues.
