Study of The Jewel Ornament of Liberation by Gampopa

Dechen Caladonia is a branch of the wider Dechen community, whose Lama is Lama Jampa Thaye.

The day will focus on studying and reflecting on essential teachings of the Buddhist path, using chapters from Gampopa’s illuminating text, The Jewel Ornament Liberation.

The morning session will be 10am to 12:30pm and includes a 30 minute break. The afternoon session will be from 14.00 to 16.30 and include a 30 minute break.

Bring something for lunch to eat outwith the venue room. There are a number of outside benches or there are a number of cafes and shops within Stirling City centre.

We are going to provide tea, coffee and biscuits!

The sessions will be lead by Jonathan Macaskill. Jonathan has been a student of Lama Jampa since the mid 1980s and is based in Manchester.
