Studio Sound Bath Experience – Relax, Restore & Rebalance

Step into a calming and immersive Studio Sound Bath Experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Held at Lichfield Leisure Centre, this session surrounds you with the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and shamanic instruments — all within a peaceful studio setting.

As you lie comfortably, the sound gently washes over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your body back into balance. This is your time to fully switch off from the outside world and enter a deep state of relaxation.

The session is guided by Andrew Elson, Master Sound Practitioner and founder of Shaman’s Rest, known for delivering powerful and grounding sound journeys.

Whether you’re completely new or returning, this experience is suitable for all and requires no prior experience.

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and cushion for warmth and support
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
