Join us for the ultimate January unwind — an evening designed to help you shake off the post-Christmas slump and start the year feeling grounded, open, and recharged.

We’ll begin with two hours of stretchy, soul-soothing yoga — a practice that’s all about release, movement, and easing your body back into flow after the festive chaos. Think long holds, deep breaths, and gentle strength.

Then we’ll move into a two-hour immersive Sound Bath — waves of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes will wash over you, bringing deep rest and total calm. Pure magic for your nervous system.

And because no evening is complete without something delicious, we’ll finish with a light, nourishing supper — a chance to connect, chat and refuel before you float home.
