If you want to achieve results fast with tailored Pilates tuition to help you reach your fitness and wellbeing goals then this 5 week course is for you.You will benefit from:

* A weekly face to face class with three other movers on the same day/time each week.

* Accountability and an instant group of cheerleaders to keep you moving between face to face sessions!
