Stretch & Sound Healing Sunday | Sunday Evening Reset | Belleville IL

A Sunday evening gentle Stretch & Sound Healing experience to help you slow down, exhale, receive, & end your week supported. Belleville IL
About this Event

Stretch + Sound Sunday at Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness is a small-group Sacred Rest experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and settle into deeper rest.

We begin with gentle, accessible restorative stretching and simple body-based practices designed to help you soften without forcing or performing. You’ll be encouraged to choose what feels supportive for your body and move at your own pace.

From there, we transition into a full Sacred Rest & Sound Healing experience using Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and other instruments in a calm, supportive studio environment.

Each session also includes a brief opening prayer of gratitude and space to simply receive.

No yoga experience is required. No flexibility is required. You do not have to “get it right.”

Just come as you are and give your body permission to be supported.

Pre-registration required. Space is limited.

Sacred Rest. Practiced Out Loud.™

Everything you need is provided, including mats, blankets, eye masks, water, herbal tea, and light grounding support.

Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing. Give yourself one hour where you do not have to manage, produce, or take care of anyone else.

Sacred Rest. Practiced Out Loud.
