Begin your day with intention, presence, and peace during this Morning Meditative Sound Journey and Guided Meditation.
As the world awakens around you, you'll be invited into a nurturing space designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and ease gently into the day ahead. Through guided meditation and an immersive soundscape featuring gong, chakra-balancing crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and mindful awareness.
The soothing frequencies and gentle guidance are intended to calm the nervous system, release tension, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity, gratitude, and intention-setting. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and aligned as you move into the rest of your day.
Whether you're new to meditation and sound healing or have an established practice, all are welcome. No prior experience is necessary
Simply bring an open mind, a willing heart, and whatever supports your comfort.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
Optional:
• Eye mask
• Cushion
• Blanket
• Any other items that help you feel relaxed and supported
All are welcome.
However, this event is not recommended for children under the age of 10 due to the extended stillness and meditative nature of the experience.
