Led by HoneyLove, this all-levels, beginner-friendly class focuses on mindful movement, deep stretching, and creating a calm, welcoming space where everyone can move at their own pace. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply looking for a weekly reset, this session is all about balance, presence, and good vibes.
