As we begin a new year, what will be your intent for 2026? Do you have an energy focus or path you would like to discover? Some people choose a Word for a year to guide them. Bring your intent, or your word, or your question for 2026 to our January Soul Arts session and allow it to find expression in a mandala.
Carl Jung used the Sanskrit word mandala, meaning “magic circle,” to describe these circular drawings used for self-expression and growth. He intimately associated them with psychological and spiritual health. I will show you how to create a mandala for beauty, balance, and reflection. You will be amazed how quickly and easily you are able to make yours bloom.
Soul Art occurs on the second Sunday of each month. That will be January 11 at 5:30 at the Urban Abbey. Please register on our Urban Abbey Facebook Event page, so I can have your materials ready. No art experience required. All supplies will be provided.
