Take a gentle pause from the rush of life and join us for a nourishing afternoon of movement and music at Healing with Thai in Balham.

This unique session blends guided Stretch Therapy with the warm, soulful sounds of gospel, creating a space to release tension, restore mobility, and lift your spirit. Expect slow, supportive stretches, mindful breathing, and an atmosphere that feels equal parts calming and uplifting.

Whether you’re new to stretching or already love bodywork, this experience is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and deeply restorative for all abilities.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing you can move in and a bottle of water. Mats will be provided.
