Women’s Circle – Summer Gathering
A gentle and supportive space for women to pause and connect with themselves and others.
Held at Dragonfly Yoga Studio, this seasonal circle marks the turning of summer - a time of expansion, expression, and fuller embodiment.
Guided by a qualified BA/MBACP Therapeutic Counsellor and CPCAB Breathwork Coach, the space is held with care, confidentiality, and a trauma-informed approach.
Through breathwork, gentle ritual, reflective practice, and shared experience, we explore what it means to meet ourselves more fully in this season of life.
This is a welcoming space for both new and returning participants. No previous experience is needed - come as you are.
