Stretch and flow
About this Event
11 am class is designed for the everyday worker that may be standing or sitting a lot, in these sessions we will practice mobilizing stretches to help alleviate tension in the neck, back, and legs while also focusing on strengthening movements that support and correct unaligned posture.
6pm class draws from traditional hatha and other practices, these classes bring a structure that allows you to fully drop into your body through a combination of breathwork, core engagement, and dynamic movement that helps open the body and mind. All levels are encouraged to come, each class flowing like a wave, bringing moments of intensity alongside deeply restful moments.
