This Qigong flow is a great practice to support a healthy circulation of Qi, irrigating the meridian pathways, nourishing the tissues, energizing organs, recycling energy, and building internal power and strength!

ABOUT Sophie:
My path in energy work started 17 years ago with a strong foundation in Ayurveda
(Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching and Ayurvedic Dietetics), a certification in Kundalini Yoga, and as an Acutonics (tuning forks) sound and vibrational therapist. As a certified Kundalini yoga teacher I had an injury practicing yoga and since then it became painful to practice it. I missed the mental and spiritual aspect of the yogic practice.... until I discovered Qigong! Naturally I expanded my knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy work practicing Qigong. I discovered Qigong in 2019 and “fell in love” with the practice! Since then I have been practicing and teaching it on a daily basis. I am a certified Qigong flow instructor and a professional member of the National Qigong Association.
