About this Event

Aon’s Linda E. Amuso will lead a discussion on rewards strategies and trends for 2026 and beyond. Linda will deliver insights into the hottest HR issues, including CEO pay ratio, merit/salary adjustment planning, evolving equity compensation practices, retention of critical employees, and pay transparency and hiring practices.

Participants will gain an understanding of:

  • The importance of a company’s overall human capital strategy
  • Review the impact of pay transparency and retention on Total Rewards in 2026 and beyond
  • Key compensation process for the next 6 months (salary increases, SIT plans, and both new hire and ongoing equity programs)
  • The challenges of managing pay for the remote workforce and geographical impacts
  • The future of work

Our speaker for this session is Linda Amuso, a human capital and data analytics executive with decades of leadership experience driving strategic talent solutions and organizational excellence. She currently serves as a Senior Partner at Aon, where she focuses on workforce analytics, compensation strategy, and consulting solutions that help organizations align people data with business goals. In addition to her work at Aon, Linda contributes her expertise as a Board Member of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, supporting mission‑driven efforts in advocacy and research.

Before her current roles, Linda held several senior leadership positions, including Chairperson and President of Radford Data & Analytics, where she shaped global compensation benchmarking and workforce research programs. Earlier in her career, she led consulting and HR services across regions and sectors, including leadership roles at Conduent HR Services and founding her own consulting practice. Through these experiences, she has developed deep insights into talent strategy, data‑driven decision making, and the evolving needs of the modern workforce. Linda holds advanced academic credentials, including a Master’s degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College, and is based in the San Francisco, California area.
