About this Event
Come enjoy this workshop for personal development, growth, self-care, and accessing your innate creative expression. Using simple art exercises, accessible to everyone, and a variety of journaling techniques, this method brings about positive changes. Experience this process in a supportive and non-judgmental space. No art experience is needed and all art supplies are provided. The Creative Journal Expressive Arts method was developed by Dr. Lucia Capacchione, PhD, author of 23 books on this topic, including The Creative Journal, Visioning™, The Power of Your Other Hand, The Art for Emotional Healing, and more. Note: The photo is from a workshop we taught at a professional conference. We will be sitting in a more circular style to foster connection.
Please join us for this fun, relaxing afternoon with other like-minded folks interested in creativity and expressive arts for personal development and healing.
