This Straps Flow workshop - Explore different movement styles on aerial straps through fluid transitions, musicality, and creative expression.
🕗 6 Oct Mon | 6:45 – 8.15 PM
Preprequisites: unassisted inversions, active shoulder engagement, and basic aerial conditioning (pull ups, hollow body holds).
Prerequisites: At least 1 year of Pole / Aerial Experience
