Hosted at Hermosa, this special fundraising dinner will feature a collaborative seasonal menu created by Chef Sarah Stegner and Chef Ethan Lim, two chefs whose commitment to thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking has helped shape Chicago's culinary landscape.
Drawing inspiration directly from the farms of Green City Market, the evening's menu will showcase the peak flavors of the season through a series of dishes that highlight the region's farmers. Guests will enjoy a unique dining experience that reflects the creativity of both chefs while supporting the continued work of 77 Flavors of Chicago.
Proceeds from the dinner will help fund 77 Flavors' mission of documenting, preserving, and sharing the stories, people, and places that make Chicago one of the world's great food cities.
