Does your mind have a habit of racing ahead to what might go wrong?
Replaying conversations. Imagining worst-case scenarios. Feeling weighed down by concerns about work, relationships, health, or the future — even when, right now, things are actually okay.
If this sounds familiar, you’ll know how exhausting it can be. Worry doesn’t solve problems. It just quietly drains the joy from life, leaving us tense, preoccupied, and unable to fully switch off or enjoy the moment.
It doesn’t have to be this way.

In this practical workshop, Kelsang Khandro will share Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations that help us understand worry — where it comes from, why it has such a grip on us, and how to gently loosen that grip for good.
Rather than trying to control every situation or mentally solve every problem that hasn’t happened yet, we can train the mind to remain steady and clear whatever life brings. By gradually shifting the way we think, we can replace the habit of worry with something far more nourishing — confidence, perspective, and genuine inner peace.

During this workshop you will discover:
° Why the mind so easily falls into patterns of worry and anxious thinking
° How worry quietly prevents us from enjoying our life as it actually is
° Practical ways to recognise and interrupt anxious thoughts before they spiral
° Guided meditations that cultivate a calm, clear and positive mind
° How to develop a wiser, more relaxed approach to life’s challenges

These aren’t just ideas — they are ways of thinking that, with a little familiarity, genuinely change how life feels. The mental pressure softens. There is more space, more ease, more room to enjoy simply being alive.
Freedom from worry isn’t something reserved for a lucky few. It’s something any of us can develop, one gentle step at a time.
