Still Beginning

The light is returning, slowly. Out of sight, seeds are stirring. We are still wintering, but spring is on its way. This is the quiet turning of the year.

Still Beginning, a one-day retreat in the heart of Millhouses, Sheffield, offers permission for you to welcome the year ahead at your own pace.

Guided by Claire, the day will carry you through a flowing series of meditative practices and journalling prompts. In the liminal space we create together, you will pause, notice, and hold what is quietly emerging within: ideas, intentions, whispers of possibility.

We are at the threshold between winter and spring, between what has been and what is ahead. Come as you are, and be present with what is, without striving. This will be an insight-friendly space where fresh ideas and perspectives are welcomed and nurtured.
