Ignite the Heart Leo Full Moon Women’s Circle

Join us on Sunday 1st February | 6:30–8:30pm for a nourishing Leo Full Moon Women’s Circle - a sacred gathering to reconnect with your wild heart, your feminine fire, and your authentic self.

This Full Moon falls under the bold, radiant energy of Leo, inviting us to step into self expression, courage, creativity, and heart-led truth. As we move halfway between winter and spring, this circle gently bridges stillness and emergence - honouring where you’ve been, while awakening what’s ready to come alive.

✨ Cacao in the Circle
We’ll begin with the option to drink ceremonial cacao (completely optional). Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that can help soften the mind and foster deeper connection - not only with yourself during the rituals, but also with the women sharing the space with you.

🌿 What the evening will include
• Opening the space & settling into the circle
• Gentle women’s yoga to connect to womb and heart space & soothing breathwork
• Journalling & reflection guided by the Leo Full Moon
• A fire releasing ritual - letting go of what no longer serves
• An optional closing share, for those who feel called, to deepen connection and integration

This circle is designed to feel safe, spacious, and supportive - whether this is your first women’s circle or a familiar practice. You’re invited exactly as you are.
